Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all transactions made on the websites of HeartConsciousness LP, hereinafter referred to as "HeartConsciousness" or "the seller."
The websites concerned include:
HeartConsciousness LP, registered under number SL034075, with its registered office located at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, Scotland, United Kingdom, is the entity responsible for managing the services and products offered. Any individual or legal entity making a purchase is hereinafter referred to as "the buyer."
Article 1: Purpose
These T&Cs define the contractual relationship between HeartConsciousness and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase of products and services made on HeartConsciousness websites. By confirming an order, the buyer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.
Article 2: Products and Services Offered
HeartConsciousness offers various digital products and services described as follows:
Online Training
Access is limited to a maximum duration of two years.
Certain modules may require assignments for progression.
Reiki initiations are conducted remotely via appointment.
An electronic certificate is issued upon full completion of the training.
Collective Energy Programs
Programs are time-limited with specific start and end dates.
Information (links, materials) is sent by email before the program starts.
The buyer must check their spam folder or contact HeartConsciousness in case of any issues.
Online Workshops
Direct access after payment.
Information is sent by email.
Downloadable Meditations
Available immediately after the order is confirmed.
Once access is granted (download or direct listening), they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Support and Individual Consultations
Support is provided remotely without direct connection.
Individual consultations are conducted via agreed platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Skype).
Details are defined after purchase confirmation.
Article 3: Target Audience and Age Limit
Access and purchase are reserved for individuals of legal age in their country of residence (minimum 18 years).
The buyer certifies that they are of legal age.
Any identified minor will be immediately removed from HeartConsciousness’s databases, and a refund will be issued for unused products.
HeartConsciousness may request proof of identity to confirm the buyer’s age.
Article 4: Ordering and Confirmation
Ordering Process: The buyer selects a product or service, provides their personal information, and completes the payment using the available methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, an email containing the order details is sent to the buyer.
Article 5: Prices and Payment
Accepted Currencies: Prices are indicated in euros (€) or US dollars (USD), excluding VAT (not applicable).
Immediate Payment: Payment is required immediately.
Installment Payments: In case of non-payment of an installment, full access to the resource will be blocked until the outstanding amounts are paid. Late fees may apply after 30 days.
Article 6: No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the buyer expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as:
The digital content is accessible immediately after purchase.
The product has been downloaded or made available, in whole or in part.
No refunds will be granted unless explicitly agreed in exceptional cases.
Article 7: Legal Warranty of Conformity
HeartConsciousness guarantees the conformity of the digital products and services provided, in accordance with Directive 2019/770/EU.
Necessary updates to ensure the security and conformity of products are provided.
Article 8: Limitations of Liability
HeartConsciousness cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
Improper use of the products.
A technical incompatibility previously indicated.
Defects caused by external factors.
HeartConsciousness services cannot replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
Article 9: Complaints and Disputes
Complaints: Any complaint must be sent by registered mail to:

Mediation: In case of a dispute, the buyer can contact an independent consumer mediator.
Legal Jurisdiction: Disputes will be subject to the courts of Edinburgh, subject to local consumer rights.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
All content offered is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or adaptation without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 11: Personal Data Protection
HeartConsciousness respects the confidentiality of collected data, in accordance with the GDPR. The buyer can exercise their rights by contacting contact@heartconsciousness.world.
Article 12: Modification of the T&Cs
HeartConsciousness reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Buyers will be informed of the changes at least 15 days before their application.
